We aim to provide a hassle-free return experience for all our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return and refund process ensures peace of mind.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be guaranteed, as the order may already be processed or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply if the order needs to be intercepted or returned.

If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

Conditions for Return

To ensure smooth processing, please adhere to the following return conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered item, you can request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of delivery.
  • RA Number Required: Returns are only accepted with a valid RA number. RA numbers expire 7 days after issuance, so please return the product as soon as possible.
  • No RA, No Return: Products returned without an RA number will not be processed for refunds and may incur additional fees.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns of non-defective products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Criteria for Issuing a Refund

For a smooth return and refund process, ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging and securely packed for return.
  • The product must be free from damage (including dents, scratches, cracks, and signs of tampering).
  • Security seals must remain intact and non-tampered.
  • Once returned, it may take up to 15 business days to process your refund.

Defective or Missing Units

If the product arrives defective, damaged, or with missing parts, we will:

  • Replace the affected units.
  • Provide a partial credit for the defective units, if necessary.
  • Replaced items will not be eligible for further credits.
