About the Author Rashmi Verma (Prasad) was born on 29th August 1971 in Bhagalpur, Bihar. She has done Post Graduation in English from Bhagalpur University. She has special abilities to perceive the nature and happenings around and convey the same through her poems in very simple but touching way. She is God gifted for her emotional understanding of the Nature, people and circumstances. Her feelings of despondency as well as optimism are reflected in her writings. Anaahat Naad is her first collection of poems with all the colours of life. This collection highlights the complexities of todays world and the people along with a glimpse of ray of hope for the future. Presently she resides at Agra, Uttar Pradesh and her husband has contributed and supported significantly to her creation.
