However, seeking a solution without considering its causes would be superficial and subjectivist.There is a paucity of research literature analyzing parliamentary instability as a research topic; hardly any authentic literature is available. Yes, such questions have certainly been raised in parliamentary debates, and the arguments described above have been offered as solutions. There is also an anti-defection law, and literature exists on the parliamentary system and the bureaucratic structure necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of Parliament and the implementation of its decisions. However, the reason for this literature is that the multiplicity of regional parties is the root cause of this instability, and that parliamentary instability hinders development.The main objective of this book is to find out whether regional parties cause instability in Parliament, which in turn hinders development work, or whether the inability of Parliament to control unbalanced class and regional development leads to the formation of regional parties and thus increases the instability in Parliament?
