Caught in jealousy, hatred, and vengeance, she punished her beloved Rama. The Hindu mind, committed to upholding noble and sublime values in life, punished Kaikeyi for hurting Rama. It ruthlessly removed her name from the Hindu familys list. Disdain for the non-Shiva and respect for the Shiva is the hallmark of the Hindu mind.
