Blues & Butterflies: Volume I

For a while, I was experimenting with the narratives in fiction. I later developed an idea and decided that modern horror would be a perfect medium to express my thoughts. With the genre of modern horror fiction, I came up with a way to tell different stories which will have a greater impact over a vast world, and as a reader, one gets to investigate the happenings and the tragedy and on top of that, have fun in connecting the dot. This is my honest approach to conveying a story indirectly. Blues & Butterflies (Volume I) consist of 12 short stories, this work is a collection that in its sincere form depict horror in the minds of its reader. Every story is for a mature audience that seeks gruesome characters and a plot where inhuman activities mixed with gore, violence, and mind-boggling concept came together to produce fear that terrorizes both conscious and subconscious minds. On top of that, it is a treat for those who are trying to find something unusual and something out of the box. Every story is written in a way to challenge one imagination and explore the realm that triggers hauntings in one psychology. Nonetheless, every short story act as a gateway to escape into the fictional lives of the characters and the misery that either happens or leads towards horror and a sinister conclusion.
