WHO and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) jointly facilitate the observance of World Food Safety Day, in collaboration with Member States and other stakeholders. This book is the outcome of the initiative taken by Jeevan Asheesh Sameeti, a non-profit organization from Kota city, Rajasthan and educational platform YouTube channel dietitian ki salah on the occasion of World food safety day, 2023. This book provides basic guidelines about different topics related to food safety and security.
