Description

Celtic Relatives of Hindus is a study that began with a serendipitous incident and reached a point unimaginable. In the European countries that ruled India for years, there was a community called the Celts, who were perpetually oppressed and struggling. The Celts were Indians who migrated there during the time of Lord Parashurama, whom they worship as Dagda and who is their primary deity. The texts do mention that Lord Parashurama conquered the world twenty-one times, but there is no mention of the exact locations. This history appears to predate the Ramayana period. The social structure, the educational ashram system, the worship system, festivals, the guru-disciple tradition, and even the ancient Agam language appear to be similar. Despite facing thousands of years of slavery due to religious, cultural, and foreign invasions, they have continuously struggled to preserve the cultural heritage of their ancestors, in which their teachers and guides, the Druids, played a significant role. They fled Europe and migrated to many countries like America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and even today they continue to live a secret and struggling life. We Indians are still unaware of their mythological connections and struggles. This book attempts to connect all these links. The Celtic people have an amazing history of preserving religion and culture, something every Indian should be proud of.
