Description

The Author:

  • Mr. Rajkumar Oswal, now 78, has worked successfully with world-renowned engineering companies from Italy (Bajaj Auto Ltd.), Sweden (Sandvik Asia Ltd.), Germany (Shorling, K.S.B Pumps Ltd.), and Japan (Honda Motors, Toyota Kohki), with a diverse and rich work experience of over 50 years.
  • In 1985, he set up Honda Motors Portable Gen Set manufacturing project in India from inception - including securing technical collaboration, forming a joint venture, acquiring land, and establishing the plant.
  • In the last six years, he has been instrumental in establishing from scratch two world-class Japanese engineering companies in Ahmedabad, India. He continues to serve as a full-time director of a leading multinational precast concrete mould manufacturing company, and as advisor/director to two other Japanese companies in India.
  • Mr. Oswal is known for his unique positive management style, focusing on both talent and virtues at all levels. While most organisations emphasise job skills, he also prioritises making employees better human beings.
  • The principles in this book have been personally practised and implemented by him in all the companies he has worked with - aiming to create belongingness and contribute to a better, more beautiful world.
  • Written in simple and engaging language, his work touches minds and souls of readers across all ages, encouraging the right course of behaviour and action. May virtues prevail all along.
