By Adopting The Gscm Indian Manufacturing Companies Can Lead To Resolvent Of Societal Issues And Scarcity Of Natural Resources.Aim: Theories Of Gscm Adoption And Its Implementation Are Majorly Taking Place In Developed Countries. However, Studies Related To Gscm Are Less Often In India. Furthermore, A Limited Study Has Been Carried Out In Gujarat For The Implementation Of Gscm. The Lack Of Prior Research In Manufacturing Companies In Gujarat Has Motivated The Researcher To Undertake A Detailed Investigation Of Prevailing Gscm Practices In Manufacturingcompanies In Gujarat And To Identify The Impact Of These Practices On Organizational Performance.
