Tasneem Ahmed, B.1948, Studied Medeival Indian History At Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh And Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Later He Obtained His Phd From Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He Contributed A Number Of Research Papers In Reputed Journals. His Other Publications Are Geographical Glimpses Of Medeival India (3 Vols.), Co-Authored Tarikh-I-Akbari An Annotated Translation With An Introduction, And Enclyclopedic Dictionary Of Medeival India. He Served The Indian Council Of Historical Research (Ichr), New Delhi In Various Capacities For More Than 30 Years And Relinquished Service In August 2007.
