Subsequent struggles and rebellions, such as the Chuar rebellion, Tilka Majhis struggle, the Kol rebellion, the Bhumij rebellion, the Santhal rebellion, and Birsa Mundas Ulgulan, are discussed in detail in this book. Soon after the Santhal rebellion, in 1857, the Sepoy Mutiny also occurred in the Jharkhand region. Jharkhands heroes took an active part in this rebellion. Raja Arjun Singh, Nilambar-Pitambar, Thakur Vishwanath Shahi, Pandey Ganpat Rai, Umrao Singh Tikait, and Sheikh Bhikhari were among the heroes of that rebellion. This book describes their struggles in detail. The book also mentions the struggles of Chanku Mahato, Telanga Khadia, the Sardar fight, the Tana Bhagat movement, Ganga Narayan Singh, and Bully Mahato.
