There is so much talk and interest now a days even in the western world about Karma Theory. In our Ancient Indian Texts, especially in Shrimadbhagwadgeeta . the concept of Karma and how it works has always been an important topic. But, what is Karma? Is it related to our day-to-day duties or the profession we are engaged in? Or is it meant only for the work or duty which has been performed to fulfil a particular purpose or desire? How it has been described in Indian Philosophy? Is it easy for a common man to understand these concepts?Second related question is whether the results or fruits of Karma performed by us are delivered immediately? Or it is a cycle which goes beyond lives? Is there any relation between Karma and Physical and Psychological illnesses and sufferings of the Individuals? Though, at present we have many psychology theories and descriptions on this subject, but have these were explained in Ancient Indian Philosophical texts and excerpts?This book is a small effort by the author to provide some answers to the readers regarding Karma and related sufferings as are described in Indian Philosophical texts. This is an effort to provide explanations for a common man in a simple language and in interesting manner, which may help to satisfy the quest of the readers.
