Description

Kamlesh was perhaps the most educated poet-thinker of his generation. He wrote little compared to the amount of knowledge he gathered from around the world. He possessed a profound, insightful perspective that made his poetic vision inherently rich and unique. A lengthy conversation with him and an essay by him are included in this book, which is being published in the first set of this series with the belief that this book of his thoughts and prose will be thought-provoking for readers. There is no gap between Kamleshs deep understanding and insight into tradition and the inquisitiveness fostered by modernity, which makes him an exceptional figure. Ashok Vajpayee, a renowned Hindi poet, thinker, translator, and politician. Now deceased, he published three collections of poems: Jaratkaru, Khule Mein Awas, and Basav. Many critics have highlighted the richness of Indian tradition in Kamleshs poetry. He translated numerous poems, including Pablo Nerudas famous poem The Peaks of Machu Picchu. Kamlesh Ji has written extensively on numerous disciplines, including literature and history. Before his death, he was making a significant effort to lift Indias caste system and other institutions from the fog of colonial thought and examine them in their true light.
