If The Surface Of The M.S Rod Is Scrapped And Cleaned Followed By Application Of Anti-Rust Paints And Bonding Agents And Casting The New Concrete With Old Concrete It Would Only Bond The New Concrete With Old Concrete, But Rusting Would Not Be Stopped It Would Only Prevent The Further Entry Of Water From Outer Surface To M.S Rod. As A Result Of Which One Day The Entire Concrete Would Crumble Down When The Load Bearing M.S Rod Gets Eroded And Loses Its All Load Bearing Capacity To Hold The Concrete Materials Casted Leading To Loss Of Life And Property Of Human Beings.
