Elections Since Independence Till Date And Successive Elections To State Assemblies Confirm The Loyalty Of The People Of India To The System Of Delegation. Democracy Refers To A System Of Governance In Which The Power Of Governance Is In The Hands Of The People, Which They Operate Themselves Or Through Their Representatives. Mandal Government Means That In That Form Of Government, Its Prime Minister And Council Of Ministers, That Is, The Real Executive, Is Responsible To The Legislature For Its Actions. Legislature Is The Most Important Part Of The Three Organs Of The Government. Legislature Can Be A Sovereign Or Bicameral. In A Domestic System, There Is A God Of The System, Which Is Found In Countries Like Greece, Bulgaria Etc. Whereas The States Which Have Two Lords In Their Legislature Are Called Secondary Formal Legislature. Bicameral Legislature Is Also Favorable To Democratic Rule And Apart From Codifying Autocracy, It Also Represents All The Specific Alphabets. ThatS Why It Is Considered Better Than A Folk Legislature. Bicameral Legislature Has Been Adopted In India, Which Is Known As The Upper House As The House And Some Houses As The Lok Sabha. This System Is The Result Of British Constitutional Development. At Present BiOrganised Legislature Is Found In All The Big Democratic States. There Are Countries With Bicameral Legislatures Including England, America, Canada, Australia, Switzerland And India.
