Mr. Santiago Arogyswami Selladurai Was Born On March 18, 1914, Retired Sales Manager, Webbs Sales, And Service Private Limited Bangalore. Sri S.A Selladurai Was Unanimously Elected As The President Of The Bangalore Ymca. He Served As President. His Contributions During His Tenure As A Board Member And As President Are Many. He Led The Associations With Vision, Building Up A Better Understanding, Guiding The Association During Critical Days. His Profound Understanding Of People, His Wise Counsel Always Prevailed Over In Many Situations. He Was Loved By All And Was Affectionately Called Daddy. He Was A Source Of Inspiration To All Those Who Worked With Him. He Served As Chairman Of SubCommittees Of The Bangalore Ymca Like Personnel, Finance, And Rural Work Committees. He Represented Bangalore Ymca At The National Council Of Ymcas Of India. He Was A Devout Christian And Served Many Other Christian Organizations In The City Like S.C.M., United Theological College, Diocesan Council, And His Own Church, Memorial Church For Many Years. The Passing Away Of Sri. Selladurai Is A Great Loss To Banglore Ymca And The Christian Community. His Contribution To Society In General, And To The Christian Community In Particular, Will Be Cherished And Remembered By All Those Who Came To Know Him.
