There Are Over 22 Selection Centres Across The Country Which Are Involved In The Conduct Of Ssb Interviews. Ssb Interview Procedure Consists Of A Series Of Tests To Gauge The Leadership Qualities (Generally Referred To As Olqs) Of A Candidate. These Tests Are Conducted In Three Categories, Psychology Tests (Tat, Wat, Srt, Sd), Gto Tasks (Gd, Gpe, Pgt, Gor, Hgt, Lecturette, Individual Obstacles, Ct, Fgt) And Personal Interview. During The Conduct Of These Tests Candidates Is Put Through Many Situations And Asked Various Types Of Questions. Ssb Being A Personality Assessment There Are No Fixed Solutions Or Responses To The Questions/Situations. The Candidates Remain In Dilemma Whether The Answers They Have Given Are Right Or Wrong.
