The Novel appertain to different views and impressions the chief protagonist Prakash(nick name Unni) forms in his formative years four to fifteen as event occurs. At the age of four when he encountered Swami Krishanada he wished to be a Saint. When an ardent Lord Krishnana devotee appeared he thought that person would become a rising star up the Sky and when he heard the story of hapless Potten (dumb, deaf and ugly) he assumed the man became like that because of his father was alcoholic and one should never touch that stuff. He revered the distant, old family connected Raghav mama for his selflessness and goodness.The elderly woman Ammini amma who selflessly helped others earned his deep affection and sympathy which is discussed in Chapter XI. The following one is about one Appan Namboodiri and his childhood love for Sudhamma. The last chapter which is the XIII th vividly goes into his School Vacation days that he spent with his uncle - a Naval Officer in Colaba, Mumbai , the joy and impressions which he treasured. The book will certainly make an excellent and rewarding experience which will linger in the mind for a long time.
