This work, Saint Tradition of North India, is a unique presentation of Acharya Shri Parshuram Chaturvedis literary pursuits, and even after sixty years, no other work has emerged in Hindi literature to match it. By refuting many of the misinterpreted theories surrounding the origins of saint literature and highlighting its original, authentic sources of inspiration, Shri Chaturvedis unique presentation of its integrity is a universally accepted historical evidence of the research tradition underlying our literary beliefs. Later, this saint literature flourished significantly in North India, but its inspiration lies within the holistic Indianness. Its early and later roots, which flourished in states such as Maharashtra, Kerala, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa, Bengal, Assam, and Punjab, bear testimony to the fact that it remained connected to the entire Indian public life as a mass movement. Saints like Namdev, Dnyaneshwar, Nanak, Vidyapati, Kabirdas, Dadu, and others, through their teachings, have united India and freed us from superstitions and orthodox beliefs. This work by Acharya Shri Parshuram Chaturvedi is the most authentic and powerful document presenting these facts.
