This book isnt born from academic study, but from livedexperience - from witnessing how even the strongest people,the ones others turn to, often have no one to turn to themselves.With a deep interest in psychology, philosophy, and humanbehaviour, I write not to teach, but to reflect - to ask questionsthat many carry but few speak aloud.I wanted to create something that encourages readers topause, think, and maybe see themselves and others in a newlight.I added softer forms like fictional stories and poemsintentionally. Because the topics are too tender to always bedissected in facts and theories.
