Description
Storyteller Mohammad Arif is known for his storytelling. He conveys even the most profound and profound themes with ease. Arifs stories powerfully expose the fanaticism and blind religiosity that destroy the diversity and harmony of Indian society. Along with Chuk, other stories in this collection, such as Nanga Naach and Mausam, beautifully depict the lives and realities of ordinary people in a changing world. Needless to say, the impartiality, personal sensitivity, and deep partisanship with which Mohammad Arif has written these stories are commendable. Born on May 7, 1961, in Sultanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Mohammad Arif is a well-known Hindi storyteller. His well-known story collections include Phir Kabhi, Phoolon Ka Bada, and Chor Sipahi. His novel, Upyatra, has also been published. He has received the Premchand Smriti Katha Samman for his fiction writing, and a unique collection of his stories, Main Aur Meri Kahaniyaan, has also been published.
