When a new plant begins to branch out, the old tree standing next to it remembers its journey of life and compares its struggle with the struggle of the new plant. This comparative approach is the driving force behind writing this journey. This is an attempt to put into the book an incident that has remained untouched by my vision. After spending about 25 years in different factories, when I found you a little relaxed and wanted to know the result of my effort, I asked my I found myself standing at the very beginning, it felt like it was a destinationless race, in which only running. All success is just one stop. And after every stop there is a new beginning. I compiled and presented some of the races I ran Is. The main organ of every organization is its supervisor. He is the link that holds the two classes (worker and manager) together and in the effort of this union, his personality flourishes and matures. Fighting is his life, fighting is his weapon, both his face in the crowd and the face of the crowd is his strength. Hopefully these few episodes will come in handy to see the status of new, prospective and old supervisors and take decisions in some of their tough times.
