Equality And Social Justice: Issues and Concerns

Injustice Is In Fact The Denial Of The Due To The Deserving. It Is The Justice That Only Negates Injustice And The Endorsement Of This Negation By The Society As A Whole, Is Social Justice. In DurkheimS Terms, It Is The Collective Consciousness That Translates This Endorsement Into Practice, Through Collective Representation. Consciousness Is Never PreDetermined By The Absolute. It Is The Social Ecology, The Objective Conditions Of Life Which Determine Social Consciousness. Thus The Justice Or Rather Social Justice Is The Issue Of Just Objective Conditions Of Life.
