Description
On his birthday, Firenze Stone gets a very strong urge to meet his cousin, Kevin Sanderson. He confides in Lorenzo Lightlord, the headmaster of Lightlords High School of Withcraft and Wizardry. Lightlord takes him to his long missed cousins house and Firenze gets a gift for his birthday. he finds out that it is a wingerster, whose name he kept Fluff. They then travel to Belviumgliss, the wizard market, and buy the essentials of school. They get to know, that Lawdawg, the darkest lord of all time, signals for a war at the end of the month. Then, as Firenze gets it, Professor Lincoln Plumiers wife, Isabella Plumier, gets murdered by a Weth. Professor Plumier has a hearing, but he escapes. But the mayhem wont stop. Weths attack the building of hearing. Then, they are told to buy the stuff for the war from Belviumgliss, again. Firenze then meets a boy called Hardwin Spinnet. They then go to Lightlords office to let him know their plans of destroying Lawdawg, to hear that he cant do anything until the war ends. They they hear that the war is no longer postponed to the end of the month, but after five days. The castle dips in a gloomy mood as they get ready. In the war, Firenzes life gets tied to Hardwin Spinnet. He then gets to know, that Hardwin must die, if Lawdawg needs to be killed.
