Breastfeeding A NatureS Gift To Women. It Is Natural, But Due To Lot Of Opinions, Information Around Us, It Has Been Made To Appear Mechanical And A Cumbersome Ask. Due To A Combination Of Cultural, Social, And Economic Factors, Only 65 Percent Of Women Breastfeed At The Time Of Hospital Discharge, And After Six Months, That Number Dwindles To 28 Percent. This Has Resulted In A Sorry State Of Affairs Where New Mothers Are Desirous Of Breastfeeding, But Due To Lack Of Awareness, Proper Guidance Are Not Able To Do So. Inspiring Breastfeeding Is An Attempt To Empower, Encourage And Motivate A Woman To Breastfeed. It Is A Collection Of Experiences I Have Gone Through While Raising My Twins Through Exclusive Breastfeeding. This Book Is Not Intended To Be An Academic Bible. I Have Presented What All Challenges I Encountered From A Physical, Social, Emotional, Diet Perspective, How I Researched On Topics, Leveraged Social Media To Gain Insights Towards Breastfeeding. A Key Aspect Is From Diet Perspective And I Have Presented My Learnings On Breastfeeding While Being Vegan And How I Continue To Raise My Twins The Vegan Way. The Journey Was Tough Especially In Pandemic Times But We Stood Together As A Family And Ensured That Our Babies Are Brought Up In A Healthy Way Being Harmonious With Natural Ecosystem.I Hope That More And More Woman Get Encouraged To Breastfeed After Reading This Book, Thus Raising A Healthy And Empathetic Next Generation.
