Description
When Shrikrishna Saralji began writing about Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, he personally traveled to the countries where he fought for Indias independence. He kissed the mountain peaks where the heroes of the Azad Hind Fauj hoisted the Indian tricolor flag. He scoured the forests trodden by our patriots and touched the soil of the plains where the blood of our freedom fighters was shed. His chest swelled with pride upon seeing the sites where our fighters laid corpses upon corpses of the enemy. He conducted extensive interviews with Netajis family and friends, and obtained reliable information from remnants of the Azad Hind Organization by visiting their homes or inviting them to his home. In his tribute to one of his books, Colonel Gurbakha Singh Dhillon, a great warrior of the Azad Hind Fauj, wrote, Saraljis writing is as authentic as history, and his writings can be used as documents. The present book, Subhash, the Man of History, is a work whose every event is true and authentic. In writing this work, the author has taken the best from his other works. His approach in doing so has been to provide the country with a highly interesting and authentic work on Netaji Subhas.
