Description
My Idea On Art And Literature Is Very Simple. Being A Social Individual, An Artist Acts Upon The Society At Large, By Influencing Not Directly But Indirectly Through Her/His Work. This Is True For ChildrenS Storybooks Also. I Tried To Follow That Simple Method Here. My Purpose Was To Tell Children Such Stories As Would Help Them To Overcome The Scare Of Ghosts, Bhoots Or Kale Whatever They Are Afraid Of. While Doing So Try To Imbue Certain Humane Values Within Them. The First Story As An Introduction Speaks About ChildrenS Love Of Nature And The Capacity With Which They Can Get Close To Others With Ease. Moreover To Tell Them Bhoots Are Not To Be Scared Of, Rather Need Empathy. Whenever A Near And Dear Dies Children Become Most Affected Though They Cannot Express. The Second Story Is To Tell Them In A Funny Manner To Take Such Deaths In Stride As Law Of Nature. The Third Is To Be Able To Rise Above The Divisions Among Men Based On Religion, Caste, Language, And Even Divisions Based On Wealth. To Develop Urge For An Egalitarian Society. The Fourth One Is To Teach Them The Importance Of Maintaining The Rules Of Hygiene In This Pandemic Situation. Fifth Is The Climax Where The Child, Misti, Comes To Know That For Days She Had Been Talking With A Person Who Sacrificed His Life To Save Her Mother. So, No More Scare For Bhoots, They Are Good People. Sixth Is An Anticlimax To Show That In Reality Most Of Our Fear For Bhoots Can Be Removed By A Little Bit Of Observation.
