Born on 1 May 1834, Daji Panshikar (original name Naharivishnu Shastri) after formal school education, received education of Vedas at home from Vyakarancharya Pitashree Vishnu Shastri, as well as received formal education in saint literature and worship science from Pt. Shripadshastri Kinjavdekar. The main edited texts are: Eknathanche Bhavarth Ramayana-2 Volume of which ten editions have been published. Srinathanche eight texts; Major commentary texts: Karan Khara Khon Hota?, Mahabharata Ek Sudhacha Pravas, Kathamrit. Apart from these, he also wrote seven books like Kaptaniti, Shabdotsav etc. Around 1800 lectures have been conducted so far in Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi and abroad. Column writing in Marathi newspapers.
