Her poems are so natural and simple, they touch the heart directly. This simplicity is her greatest characteristic. In addition to poems, Subhadra Kumari Chauhan also wrote 46 short stories in her short life of 44 years, a collection of which is the Complete Stories of Subhadra Kumari Chauhan. She will be remembered for generations for her outstanding contribution to literature.
