This book presents the legal system established by the Supreme Court through 85 historical judgments. Translating the subject into Hindi is extremely complex, so for the general publics understanding, I have first considered the facts, then the main part of the judgment, and finally, I have given my opinion. For the Civil Services competitive examination, the candidates opinion is extremely important. Efforts have been made to highlight the Supreme Courts position on issues ranging from the fundamental right to equality to current land reforms and economic matters.The appendices also include a list of judgments on most important issues and a list of changes made by the Supreme Court to its own judgments. In between, the main provisions of the Constitution have also been highlighted so that one does not have to open the Constitution book to understand the decisions related to those provisions of the Constitution.It is hoped that this simple and accessible presentation of the Supreme Court decisions in Hindi will be welcomed by advocates, legal advisors, students and candidates appearing for competitive examinations alike.
