She is presently the Professor and Head, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Navodaya Dental College, Raichur, Karnataka, India. She has over 24 years of teaching experience and is passionate about research and academics. She has worked at various capacities at different dental colleges in India. She has been a visiting scholar at Rush University, Chicago and at Stanford University, California. She has presented lectures at various forums including the prestigious Bernd Spiessl symposium at University of Basel. She has special interest in dental implants, TMJ surgeries, Maxillofacial trauma, Pathologies and emerging medical technologies including 3D printing.
