The process of LAWFULLY operating a Hospitality business in India: This Book consists of almost all the Laws, rules and regulations which are mandatory to operate any hospitality business like Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, etc in India. When I say almost I mean that with the ever changing and updating rules and regulations, you cant be 100% sure if you have done everything right. The rates of the long list of Licenses needed for hospitality business in India are reasonable and nominal. But the things which I cannot mention in an academic book is that, to obtain those Licenses you might not pay only the License fee as mentioned in the govt charts but much more than that. Thus the cost of hospitality business compressed under regulations and expenditure is not all that rosy as it seems to the customer. However, this book will give you all that are needed to keep yourself away from problems which may engulf you if caught unaware by the long arms of the Law and the gleeful agencies responsible for implementing those Laws. I would say its better safe than sorry. Follow all the rules and try not to be tempted to take any shortcuts. After reading this book you will have better understanding of the Hospitality Unit operations and will give you an opportunity to think one more time before taking a plunge in the industry as an entrepreneur. Finally, and more importantly for me, after reading this book you will have more respect for the people associated with Hospitality.
