Dont let your fears rule your life, though. For many reasons, most people are afraid of death. One of the most important is that most people dont know what death is like. Fear is caused by a repeat of a bad event from the past, which you then extrapolate into the future. Fears will get less and less of a hold of you the more you work toward your goals. Fear is our best friend when it comes to death. To get into the spiritual world, we have to let go of our bodies through death. A lot of people who live a life of fear and anxiety may not be able to get the things they want because they are afraid that they arent good enough to get them or that they dont want to do the work that comes with them. To be a help to others, we first need to think about what we have. Fear is a good thing because it stops people from doing things that could put them in harms way without having the right training or instruction first.
